When I feel overwhelmed by my feelings... what do I do?
I sometimes talk... yet some people don't really know how to listen... sometimes I don't want a suggestion or a solution... I just want to be listened to...
Other times I find someone who I really care for... and ask for a hug... hugs to me are so therapeutic... if you are feeling sad, mad, depressed or whatever... and hug can calm you, soothe you even...
But most of the times... I... draw...
Almost everyone who knows me knows that detail... I've been drawing so much lately on post its... and due to the fact that I haven't written here in such a long time... I share some of my drawings...
If you are wondering if the curly haired one is me... yes... you are right...
I've been having such a hard time lately... I'll try to keep on posting drawings...
So how do you free yourself of your feelings?

oh, i don't free myself of my feelings, no sir. i do the normal thing, see, and keep them bottled up 'til my head explodes. it's all very pretty and the kids love the pyrotechnics ;)
i eat them, part of a healthy breakfast, especially at 3:16 a.m.
your drawings are so expresive... at least they seem that way to me =P
I try not to be overwhelmed by my feelings... but when it happens I usually sleep... and that calms me...

Sometimes I don't; I just get depressed. But for me, writing is my exhaust vent. Sometimes I draw (crappy).
