When I feel overwhelmed by my feelings... what do I do?

I sometimes talk... yet some people don't really know how to listen... sometimes I don't want a suggestion or a solution... I just want to be listened to...

Other times I find someone who I really care for... and ask for a hug... hugs to me are so therapeutic... if you are feeling sad, mad, depressed or whatever... and hug can calm you, soothe you even...

But most of the times... I... draw...

Almost everyone who knows me knows that detail... I've been drawing so much lately on post its... and due to the fact that I haven't written here in such a long time... I share some of my drawings...
